I literally don't give a shit. Apart from the fact that he was cleared of all charges, the girl he allegedly had s*x with lied about her age, so she's the one who should go to prison, not him.

isn't that public record? joel greenberg went to prison (among other things) for printing the ID for her. why wouldn't she use the ID? didn't she testify against greenberg, why wouldn't she against gaetz?

The 17-year-old, I believe, refused to testify. The chief witnesses against Gaetz are two adult hookers who claim to have had s*x with him and to have seen him frick a minor. I'm pretty sure that the 17-year-old also refused to testify against Greenberg as well (assuming it's the same girl). It has been a long time since I heard about this case, so maybe I'm misremembering.
