Fun fact the Asian carp
are the gigayonkind of the Mississippi River, unwanted, yet they keep making more of themselves just as our gigayonkind make more accounts. They are invasive species and there is much concern that they will one day make it into the Great Lakes, which are connected to the Mississippi River system through the Chicago River and a series of canals.

No grizzly bears in Quebec, only black bears and they rarely eat people.
They are someone in NJ a few years ago, but it is very rare.
I have seen black bears before, they are common in the adirondacks and while not particularly dangerous (am more afraid of pitbulls tbh), they are an annoying menace, the

hikers used to string their food up in a bag hanging from a tree branch at night, but the bears have learned to break the string and get the food down, so now you're supposed to get this "bear canister" which they can't open or carry away cuz it weighs like 15 pounds and put all your food in it.
One time I forgot to do that and they tore up my tent and ate my toothpaste.
