I had no idea "a pound of flesh" was even considered antisemitic. I always figured it as just a self-explanatory synonym for revenge, like someone wants "a pound of flesh" because they want to take revenge by hurting someone badly.

it's not anti-Semitic unless maybe you're trying to imply the asker is a greedy Jew. It's also a subtle difference but it's not so much revenge as it is repayment that harms someone.
