not sure that even over 50% of “the jews that run things” support Israel. Rightoids truly do not understand the schisms within the jewish diaspora, let alone the large differences between the diaspora and israelis.

What gives you the impression that they don't support Israel when the news seems to have Hollywood jews, Harvard/academic donors, Washington DC, and media Jews saying they do (These are “the Jews who run things”, presumably)? Most of the Jews here are secular or the highly liberal reform judaism and the majority in Israel including the pm is either secular or reform. Orthos are a small fraction and only a further fraction of them are non-Zionist.

because a ton of athiest jews in america (most of the rich ones) tend to be more along the lines of bernie sanders and consider israel to be a fascist colonizer. The rich hedgie jews tend to be liberal but more libertarian. There are a few conservative rich jews in america like the breitbart owner but they are the exception rather than the rule. Jews in America vote left luke 70-30. In Israel it's about 50/50.

Not to mention that jews will be leading both the anti-Israel and pro-Israel teams because we are better than everyone and pretty much have to run everything :taynod:
