Context: Reginald D Hunter is a American comedian who found success in the UK by portraying a stereotypical southern black man. Sample of his work:

A few weeks ago he kicked a couple of Israelis out of a gig in Edinburgh and venues started cancelling his appearances.

Now he wants to destroy Israel and eliminate all the juice. He's deleted the original Tweet threatening this one lady but made a new one along the same lines:
