75% percent of Hamas fighters polled either dead or injured.

From a letter a (now dead) Hamas commander wrote a few months ago to the Hamas leadership:

"To the respected and beloved Sinwar brothers," the main translation of the letter reads. "Please consider the following - we are keeping the remaining equipment and weapons, as we have lost 90-95% of our rocket capability, about 60% of our personal weapons and at least 65-70% of our anti-tank weapons."

Salama also emphasized: "And most importantly - we lost at least 50% of our holy warriors, between the martyr (killed) and the wounded, and now 25% remain. The last 25% of our people (that is, the remaining terrorist operatives of the organization) have reached a situation where the people can no longer tolerate them , broken on a mental or physical level."

That's just the numbers for a single brigade. Hamas has 5 or 6 total. 25% remaining strength and low on ammo does jive with the downturn in the intensity of the conflict though.
