So many of the people replying to him are arguing that you can't shame Israel to make them stop, that Israel only understands violence. They also assume that Cenk is saying that using violence is immoral or something. Whereas to me it seems likely that he's just pointing out the completely obvious fact that for Palestinians and Hezbollah to use violence against Israel is completely pointless because Israel is much stronger than them. The only thing Israel's opponents can accomplish through violence is to kill at most a few hundred Israelis, which would change absolutely nothing in the strategic balance of power. So you might as well try using shame. Violence can be effective if the other party isn't dozens of times stronger than you. If violence has no hope of succeeding, you should probably try something else.
