No they don't get crushed. Nobody gets crushed by exploding missiles. Missiles at the end stage when they are intercepted, are very small objects that have two things that cause harm. The shock wave, but it's very high up so not a factor. Second, the material itself, most of it gets burnt up by the intense combustion, the rest gets broken up into pebble shaped objects. You are thinking of an object which is not designed to explode, like a jet and thinking of how it would vomit chunks of metal while crashing. If someone designs a missile like that they are very bad at their job.
