So... while it's easy to think like that... we need to remember that every member of the IDF is just as radically brainwashed as the members of Hamas, or any other terrorist organization... these are not all evil people. They were also children with hopes and dreams. I agree with you that Israel funded the charity in an effort to weaken Fatah and to divide and conquer, and I agree with you that it was r-slurred and against Israeli and Palestinian interests (at least with the benefit of hindsight)
Still, saying that Israel founded Hamas is wrong. Saying they armed Hamas is deranged. And saying that if not for Israel Hamas wouldn't exist and all Palestinians would be commies flies in the face of the fact that Hamas is just one of a dozen Palestinian Islamist terrorist organizations.

I don't think that's true. Most like either nothing would be different or another similar suicide cult would have gained power in it's place. Israel didn't brainwash 80% of palestinians to make them support Islamists over other alternatives, and that is the root of Hamas's power.
