A lot of modern Islam is aggressively expansionist while being completely intolerant of other cultures. I always wonder why paradox of tolerance progressives like redditors don't go after it more tbh.

Two reasons:
1. Brown therefore oppressed (but minority status only matters in a locality i.e. the US versus the whole globe where white europeans are the minority)
2. (Willful?) Misunderstanding of the Paradox of Tolerance because they never read the literal next line of what they quote which is, 'intolerance / fighting against intolerant ideals is acceptable when the other side responds with violence and not openess to discussion etc' (paraphrased).
