What do you mean? Israel destroyed 1 in the retaliation against Irans first icbm strikes and they destroyed 3 more in the retaliation to the second strikes. 4 minus 4 is 0. It's simple.
We know how many systems they had because they aren't something you can hide and we know they haven't procured more because 1) reports said they weren't interested in buying more because what a failure that shitty Russian tech turned out to be and 2) because we haven't seen any more deployed.
