Listen a soldier killing a civilian is not a act of terrorism. Terrorism has to have effect of surprise. It has also some other parameters that must to be fulfilled to be classified as terrorism. But a journ*list who often don’t even finish his 3 years of journ*lism in college calling something terrorism won’t make it classified as terrorism.
Ukraine probably last week killed more people in Donetsk than in this restaurant but it’s not classified as terrorism.

I am reading now western media and it says such event will motivate Russian people to start demanding to end the war then I start reading Moscow telegram Chanel’s and there were 1000 people going to that foid boyfriend home and many Russian are very angry and asking for revenge.
