There are decent amount Russian mayos that support Ukraine they believe in white power, I know even in Netherland couple of Russian that are like this. That’s why mayocide is important

As in any normal country bipocs are on rise. If west EU capitals are full with African (in German case full with Turks and Syrian) then Moscow is full with Stans countries. While Kiev is mostly white but that’s because Ukraine even before the war was poorer than half of African countries. I believe around 30% Russian population is muslim. Putin at one point realized mayos are useless so he focus on bipocs more
