No he expect that Ukrainian will launch epic “counter”offensive in well digged tranches at time where they don’t outnumbering Russian and their AD in shity state where Russian are using fobs. And Russian preparing hard for it and even launched new requirements program. But let’s ignore it all and remember the fantasy of Kharkiv and expect same thing to happen even though that offensive failed at reaching its goal of “liberating” Lugansk.

Ukrainian need to do something because Biden administration need some explanation where the money going and reason to give Ukraine another 30-40 billion for their salaries/pensions. They are giving 2-5k bux to regular soldiers to fight and that’s more than they earned in a year before the war and the big guys on top of it steal millions. I am not sure if you remember Biden on 1 December gave Ukraine 40 billion told it’s for whole 2023 than on February gave another 40 billions

The counter offensive is a meme. Hohols know launching it would mean losing so they'll keep saying it will come in two weeks just you wait and not doing anything for as long as Russia lets them.
Russia seems to be ok with it for whatever reason because it's not doing anything to end the war sooner either, so we'll just have little to no fighting but constant shelling for the next X years like it was from 2014-2022 in LDNR.
Maybe Russia wants to drain and embarrass the west more while solidifying relations with China? Maybe Russia wants to keep the war going so support for Putin stays high? Maybe it's just profitable to sell weapons to yourself, idk, I'm just a shitposter
What's clear is unless the west (and US in particular) wants to start WW3 they've already lost both Ukraine and their deadly grasp on the world, which is a good thing for everyone who isn't a mutt politician
