Lets look at age demographic from 2021

That's 3 years ago so we need to look at folks that are 22 23 year old.

Each group has around 75k people and Ukraine needs 500k as Zaluzhnyy told. So even if we assume all of them are alive, non joined army before, non left country and all are healthy (Ukraine has around 30% unhealthy) that would mean Ukraine will be able to mobilise only 150k. We also know that Sirskyy told Russia has now 475k men in Ukraine and they outnumber Ukrainian and now that's very strange because Ukrainian army should be 800k+ active soldiers and Zelenskyy told in February Ukraine lost 19k soldiers so there should be obvious more Ukrainian soldiers then Russian

So war of attrition starts showing signs.
