Last year they multiple increased the limit of unfit. So if someone doesn't have eyes or fingers he will be seen fit or if he is schizo and etc. Now with getting rid of that category they will call everyone to do a new medical test and with very lax standards they will accept pretty much everyone. Also polls showed only 8% of new mobilisation categories would get mobilised on their own free will and 70% people have sympathy with draft dodger. Russia in September 2022 decided to fight till last Ukrainian at this point Ukrainian should legit understand it won't have a happy ending if this continues.
