Well Russia started this conflict with 350k then did one mobilisation of 300k in September 2022 and didn't do any new since then.
Russian army still running on volunteers
With the central Asian terrorist event they won't run soon out of volunteers since now they ridding all illegal spots. For central Asian to get Russian citizens he just have to complete Russian citizenship test or now join army or he will be deported
