Khohols and Poljaks often call Russian Kacab as form of ethnophaulism so I was curious what that actually means

So it's an Arabic word that means Butcher

Like neighbors seriously ? The best they could do as slur is call Russian in Arabic “Butchers” ?

People called the Rifaat al-Assad butcher of Hama.

They then called Bashar Al-Assad a butcher because the Syrian Revolution heavily called back to the Hama Massacre and it's a general insult which then transferred to Russians when they started bombing Syria. I don't know why eastern Euros use it doe, I guess they want to drive a division between Sunnis and Russians.
