You remember when Biden let Ukrainian use himars in Kursk ? That was supposed to be big moment, they started destroying Russian bridges then Russian destroyed 8 himars and Ukraine stopped using them.
Ukraine has very low stock of ATACMS, can't use them anywhere near the frontline since Russian recon drones will spot those and Russian have exp fighting ATACMS so that useless escalation that won't help Ukraine on top of it Russian moved their airfield beyond ATACMS range and use micro ammunition stockpiles

It wasn't wise to let Ukraine using any western weapon inside Russia. It in the end won't help Ukraine and since that event only increased Russian sabotages. Helping Ukraine in Kursk not only damaged relationships with Russia but also big chunk of the world. Since Ukraine ain't defending it self in Kursk, west ain't helping Ukraine defending in Kursk. In Kursk Ukraine is the invading force that broke international laws and west is helping them. Now participating in striking Russia will only increase all the sabotages and could lead to Russian helping Yamen strike the ships and other shit because west won't able to retaliate. Long range was the only card Biden had after in 2022 telling if Russian uses nukes, Ukraine will get tank, jets, atacms and etc.

There is no much that can be done in energy sector. Russian toke control over nuclear fuel when they realise Europe wants to cut them out. Europe is resourceless and if not cheap prices it will become a third world continent.
