Europe has been scared into buying all sorts of weapons from America and it's building new military bases to further buy new weapons in the future. Plus everything that gets destroyed in Ukraine will need to be replenished at some point. America definitely profited from this war

What leverage ? West told to Russia if they decide to send Ukraine this winter into blackout they will let Ukraine launch long range missiles into Russia.
This was last escalation card west had. For example if Russia now decide to enter Sumy after it kicks out Ukrainian from Kursk what will west do ?
There is list of escalation cards that was posted in September 2022 when there was huge risk Russian were going to use nukes. Western counters were giving Ukraine tanks, jets, long range missiles and let them target Russia.
Russian can now even call NK to attack inside Ukraine and west won't have any cards to play
