So because Zaluzhnyy was hyped as frick he became more popular than Zelenskyy
Zelenskyy told that Zaluzhnyy want to mobilise young people and Zelenskyy will never do it so he kicked him out to bongistan despite Zaluzhnyy doesn't speak English and to be diplomat it's requirement to be master of the language. Then Zelenskyy lowered the mobilisation age 
So now that Zelenskyy is ultra unpopular bongs decided to hype Zaluzhnyy and create for him a political career.
As true r-slur he didn't miss. He came to Oxford and told Ukrainian students that they are the real future of Ukraine. That made a lot of people in Ukraine angry.
