It wasn't an ICBM it was just a ballistic missile and not intercontinental. An ICMB minus a nuclear warhead is just a rocket.
Anyway soldiers die in combat. The concept is to not give up land to the other guy or to make them pay for it.
Someone should make sure some of this missing nuclear warheads make it to Kyiv. That way they can have their own Jericho Program
