Yeah definitely got roofied. Never met a woman who pregames too much then falls apart at the bar. Never met a man tired of that shit. Never once happened.

Why would he roofie her and then leave though? You'd think that if it were roofies, the objective would be to take her back home. And she knew where he lived without the assistance of her locked phone, so she must have already been to his house with him - it would have been more effective to drink at the house if the plan was roofies.

The motive doesn't add up.

Maybe he was sadistic and wanted to ditch her in a vulnerable position. She was from out of town, the only person she knew drugged her then left her, and he was probably hoping that something did happen to her. There are some horrible people who would do exactly that.

When I lived in Myrtle Beach, I had to stop guys (at least 6 times)from dragging obviously roofied women and girls out of a bar. I was accidentally roofied twice. I somehow drove home one night. Truly terrifying.

My brother is a bartender down there and caught some old guy trying to roofie a 21 year old girls drink. Kicked him out of the bar, guy grabbed a golf club from his truck and tried to attack him. Unbeknownst to him my brother studied martial arts and played football since he was in middle school. He ended up putting the guy in the hospital. Proud of my lil brother.

Stay vigilant yall, if you have a gut feeling that something is wrong, then it probably is. If I'm out with my fiance and if she might have had too much to drink, I would not mind being stopped when we're leaving a bar to make sure she's safe. It's happened once before, a group of women stopped us and separated us. Started interrogating me and asked her if she knew me. She showed them a bunch of pictures of us on her phone and they let us go. Of course they were very apologetic, but I thanked them. Those were good women. What if she had gone to a bar by herself and got roofied? At least there are good people out there, but there are a lot of bad people out there too.

There's good men out there who will try to stop shit like this in its tracks. But there are men who will do that and then try to take her home themselves. So if you are a well intentioned man, try to find some other women and explain what you might think is going on. Ask for help. Even if they've been roofied and are being led off by some guy, they still might not trust you(understandably). Women have every right not to trust men. That's why as a man, if you can, reach out to other women in a situation like that. Have their back if the guy starts getting aggressive.

In my early 20s I spent a lot of time at bars and clubs. It doesn't always happen to roofied women either. There are a lot of people who will drink a lot themselves or be fed drinks by somebody so they can coerce them to go home with them. It's easy to see what's going on if you pay attention.

How common do they think this is? There has to be the widest disconnect between how much people think this happens and how much it actually happens. Have any of you guys ever known someone IRL who drugged his date?
