While I like the idea of a comeback, I usually can't come up with one in the moment. I've found a slight raise of the eyebrows and walking away to be most effective response that I can be happy with afterwards.

I personally wouldn't mention health because that's what fat shamers use to justify their concern. (Like, fun fact, I lost 20 lbs and then developed a ton of health issues. Not related, just getting older, but weight it not the magic health solution people thinks).
