Hasn't this been the case for years by now? There was the interactive fiction game for Vampire and Mage in 2017 where you work in a refugee camp in Malmö, and soup kitchens and punks appear in all incarnations of the game. It was always a straggy game for theater kids. I've never cracked open a single sourcebook or played any of the games, but this is how I've always perceived the game to be, narrativist wish fulfillment for queer-adjacent s*x perverts who want to pretend-murder chuds.
