Does this post by me actually giving advice on running a superhero game during the red scare suck or have I been unfairly downmarseyd?

It's not whether or not your idea sucks. We all have bad ideas every once in awhile.

Instead it is more important to remember what redditors look like, then any pain of downmarseys is healed

It seems relevant and good to me. Albeit incredibly niche.

Most of the human supervillians you're going to be fighting are either communists or Nazi leftovers, who sometimes might sign up with the communists. The Nazis are usually still wearing the old uniform when they go to war, but the communists favour more sensible clothing. Also a bunch of Nazi scientists got their many crimes forgotten in exchange for signing up with the Soviets

This is probably what did it, Reddit is infested with the variant of r-slurred lefties that start uncontrollably seething anytime someone mentions anything about communists and Nazis working together.
