I saw promo stuff for Duskmourn and initially really liked it. House of Leaves inspired infinite labyrinth patrolled by entities that feed on fear. It was really scratching the sort of cosmic horror/high fantasy itch that I have. And then they announced "Oh btw we're shoving DEI Concord-art protagonists with 80s retrocore hacker tech weapons and equipment into everything." The tonal dissonance is absurd and ruins the set. I haven't seen one positive reaction to this.

Obv not as popular as like RtR or Innistrad, keyword "last peak" as in there were higher peaks before it as mtg had slumps before, but now its all slumps from here.

jesus christ Tim, grow up. I literally stopped playing MTG after Dragons of Tarkir which was probably last peak mtg before it all went down hill.
This dude still does gay 20something bullshit as a close-to 40 year old man that still goes to skateparks. Fricking creepy.
