Most likely true. "She" now claims to have an onlyfans that is demonstrably not "her." If that isn't enough to tilt your priors, keep in mind that this is a prolific RW anon who has been incessantly longposting for two years about topics such as: holocaust revisionism, bronze-age warrior ethics, the superiority of paganism over christianity, hitler apologia, broadly anarcho-capitalist critiques of the economy. And now "she's" posting about "her" bimboification fetish by advocating for lobotomies. It's honestly staggering that no one in the replies (all chuds!) has clocked him.

hmm as much as I like my original theory (poster is transitioning and making manipulated videos) now that I've seen their supposed hooker profiles, I think it's more likely a cross-promotion thing where the twitter rightoid and the hooker are impersonating each other to drive engagement. that's much more boring, so therefore more likely the truth.
girl in the video really does come off as trans though (weird angles, only showing part of her face, lispy breathy monotone vocal fry voice) but she could just be neurodivergent with some hormone issue where she could be mistaken for one; it's way more common than people think (my favorite example here)

I think it's his GF or an egirl he commissioned in the vid. Someone dug up a podcast appearance he did that he's now claiming he did with a voice changer - except no voice changer that crisp, transformative, and low-latency would have existed when it was recorded. He's a terminally online nutcase so it's not surprising he'd pretend to be a foid.
