Wow it's just like classic wow from 2003, wait in hour long queue, and when you finally get in the entire game is laggy and unstable

I probably won't have time for an MMO in the next two years or so of my life. Even then I am reluctant to give Blizzard money.

But I do miss it a little

The problem with Classic was always that it was undertuned for 1.12 talents/catch-up itemization and modern hardware (MC is a lot harder when half your raid is on 56k modems and a lava splash drops your framerate to single digits). Nostalrius' ancient fork of MaNGOS was better than an official ActiBlizz product because its inaccurate but harder hitting mobs made it actually feel like Classic.

Now they're increasing everyone's power level by a factor of 2-3x and introducing baby mode retail shit like Victory Rush. Who knows, maybe they take this chance to massively buff the rest of the game to compensate , but it looks more likely that they're going to turn Classic into retail lite and exacerbate all of the problems they should have addressed 4 years ago.

Lord knows I'm gonna cave in a week and end up subbing anyways so I guess I'll let you know how it is then.
