I don't care that GDQ became more politically left-wing, mainly because I'm more left leaning than 99% of this website, but god darn it has become so corporate friendly and heckin wholesome, and you can't go 10 seconds without hearing unfunny donation messages.

It's been terrible.
No one is watching online, in person or on rdrama chat.
They still do remote runs and for some reason put them at peak times rather than 2am.

This is what I want from GDQ and really is what every run should aspire to in terms of quality.
Two professionals, the runner and the commenter, who meticulously practiced not only the game but how they would present the game to a live audience. No in-jokes, no weird nerd garbage, no dumb political poop, just two individuals demonstrating how to beat and game and highlighting exactly why what they are doing works. Don't just say "I'm just did the Greg's triple spaghetti backwards side jump" which is why things went weird for a second. Tell us in advance that you're going to do something, why you're setting up for it, and give a brief technical overview if possible for why this works. "X because Y" should be the default structure for every thing you say during the run.
I'm wondering if this run is so great because it's two normal dudes showing it off instead of the asylum neurodivergent
and 
stuff that happens too frequently. Speaking of, that's when I stopped watching, about the time when that one 
wrangled their way into being basically the full-time MC.
