GTA VI discussion thread. What will GTA VI have in terms of features to justify a 2 billion dollar Budget?

The things that I am currently aware of:

1. Character graphics better than RDR 2

2. More diversity of bodies

3. More population density in game

4. Largest map so far for a rockstar game

5. Better character physics

6. Better environments

7. Better AI

8. Better ragdoll physics

9. More alive environment

10. More accessible buildings

If they could make the entire map fully accessible including the buildings then I think Its worth the 2 billion dollar budget.

What do you guys figure that 2 billion dollar budget has gone into and how is GTA VI going to be the best game ever made?
