That shot specifically looks like AI, or AI was used a lot as the base and then some of it was edited in post. If you zoom in on the right eye, it's a different color than the left, and the pupils are all sorts of weird. The lips are glitching out, which would reasonably be an artifacting. I would say the earring being on the right but not the left looks weird, but that's consistent in the other character art in the post from a different angle, even though it's not visible on her model (and switches ears in the trailer several times). The perspective is also weird with some of the enemies (which appears a lot more like a generic ghoulish monster Midjourney particularly would pump out) and landscapes in the actual trailer (looks atrocious but suffers from the same issues that AI image models have in generating landscapes), same with the lighting, and the art style is consistent with if you try to make it generate something in the vein of classic comic style and do a lot of in-painting.
So either the studio did a laughable job to where the art used is about on par with something someone could make with just Midjourney. Or they decided to phone it in and use AI.
