Is the part about this game having top surgery scars actually real?
Cause that makes 0 sense in a world with all sorts of magic. It would imply that top surgery scars are a thing like those dueling scars Germans used to inflict on themselves to prove their masculinity.
Honestly though I'm just more mad about what they did to the Qunari designs. The Qun are DA's most original concept and they got turned into baby faced humans with giant-butt foreheads.
