I didn't finish the game but I would 100% let the city be kill, simply out of spite
The whole game is written to push you towards saving the city choice, it's written to be like a goodbye episode between the two, they constantly try to kill Chloe and have you rescue her like in a Final Destination movie, shit like that. I don't appreciate being pushed towards a choice in a game like that so frick you, I'm choosing the "wrong" one
