Apparently Game Awards edited the FAQ section yesterday to say they are allowing DLC and Expansions to be eligible nominees.
This is an obvious coup to steal the GOTY award from Silent Hill 2 Remake (Geoff Keighley hates Konami, a wildly successful Pachinko and Slot Machine game dev company) or Astro Bot (Geoff is an avid Nintendo 3D platformer supremacist).
This is an affront to G*mers every where and we need to take a stand and show Geoff we are not pleased!

I only played it for 3 hours because it came out the same day as dragons dogma 2 but rise of the ronin is GOTY. Its way of the samurai but made by team ninja.
