I hope this means its the end of triple a games costing tens of millions and taking years. Japan seems to be doing just fine making decent games for a fraction of the budget. Same with Hollywood

Haha no. They'd rather shit out 9 games with $200m budget that flop and luck out on 1 that makes over a billion, than fund many smaller titles that will probably make their money back but are unlikely to make a ton of money even if they're a hit.
