I'm going to make some guesses, and sombody with 40+ minutes of time to waste can verify or deny:
Furry, late 20-something, ACAB/BLM/some other flag in twitter bio, Groomercord mod if not admin of a groomercord server, groomercord server has 17 different levels of secret channels that get increasingly groomy, loli/shota enthusiast (or whatever the western equivalent is), frequently talks openly about shipping characters.

I thought it was about LS Mark for a second and was worried. I kind of like Mark but yea cosmodore is not only a groomer but a german groomer the worst kind
If you support free speech, you must support people pinging other users. It's completely legal speech. If you won't defend pinging as free speech because you or someone else finds it disgusting, then no speech that you or anyone else views as disgusting is safe.
