If I was a nurse or Dr, and has an average redditor as a patient, I'd let it die.

We had an older patient admitted with Pancreatitis. Was a decent patient at first, would make jokes (they were slightly sexist but nothing I’m not used to), and overall kept to himself. Eventually, one of the nurses overheard a conversation with his partner. Turns out he’s an avid anti-vaxxer.

This is so infuriating. Of course he believes in medicine now that it’s convenient.

What should I do? I’m planning on underdosing his morphine when I do rounds next. Maybe hint that morphine has a higher risk of death than vaccinations? He’s due for an operation tomorrow so this is time sensitive.

I think the lack of lingo & career-specific knowledge could be a tough hurdle to get over.

It's exactly the kind of 'long hours, doing shitty work, for shitty pay, but somehow still prestigious' career that a lot of redditors do.

This could work, a lot of r/nursing already makes post like it, so could attract an audience that already makes these posts to it.

Try and include subtle HIPAA violations when talking about your patients. For example, refer to them by their first name to protect their identity and then throw in "Mr. _____" when you're recalling what you said to the patient. Then organically mention what city you're in and what hospital along with talking about their ailments. Enough of those clues could lead to a doxx (if the patient was real), which would lead to an actual HIPAA violation.

Don't say you're going to give them an overdose amount of morphine. Or at least be more subtle about it you r-slurs.

I'm busy with other bait at the moment but one idea is that you could brag about prescribing I-slur to patients who seem like Trump supporters. It's a test you do to see if they react negatively, then you know that they are one of the good ones. If they are happy about it then you know you don't have to worry about treating them well because they are bad people

They went ballistic and doxxed him within 6 hours. Just be careful not to get too smug frens

Did reddit change its criteria for whicb accounts can create subreddits? Previously, your account had to be 30 days old and had to have some activity + karma (both post and comment) to be eligible for subreddit creation.

Once again, non CC members can see thread titles so you might as well not even have made it CC since Reddit can tell it’s a troll sub
