Closer to the latter. I believe it is an ethereal illusion, of sorts. Metaphysical stuff “exists” (in my mind at least), but at the same time it doesn’t. But there is absolutely a higher power beyond my understanding.
Relatedly, it just doesn’t add up mathematically that I just happen to be conscious right now on an infinitely long time scale.
Solipsism is (intentionally I believe) misrepresented to say that “I am God” which is actually the inverse of reality (sound familiar?) Solipsism does prove the existence of a higher power…but that higher power is unknown.

The most probable truth is that a higher power exists.
I believe existence as we - or at minimum I - observe it is improbable since "time" is infinitely long in both directions. This would make it more improbable than anything that has a numerator and denominator, such as the example you gave. The only mathematical way existence is possible (as we consider it), is if there was a moment that time began. Which I personally believe is not possible.
I'm uncertain why quantum field theory would not be consistent in the scenario I'm presenting. As for the "trouble with other minds", as it is known...I'm not sure. Perhaps my best evidence (albeit flimsy) is the viscerally negative reaction this theory elicits in the few people who will discuss it. This includes the greater philosophical community throughout history, with very few exceptions. I say "people who discuss it", because this perspective is very taboo. Many aspects of what I mention here will return zero Google results (granted it might be the words I'm including). Even the more broader topic of existence itself is rarely discussed outside very niche circles, which is odd since it is singularly the most important topic.

I think loop universe and infinite time w/ max entropy fog are possible, but also seem to require "transwomen are biological women" levels of mental gymnastics, while I feel Occam's razor favors my explanation.
I'm not going to elaborate on the last two, as I don't have much to add. A paper was recently published which broadly touches upon what we've discussed. It was well written and very accessible (although you are clearly very smart so that wouldn't be an issue either way). I've linked it below.
