Side note: do you think there's any chance that Manchin and Sinema will crack? IMO, they hold all the cards here. Both of them aren't up for reelection for another 4 years. If push comes to shove, Manchin can always switch to R (or go Independent). AZ is a purplish enough state that Sinema can play the maverick like John McCain used to do to keep her seat. Also, I feel like there are a number of other moderate Dem senators who aren't so hot about a $3.5T spending bill either but are keeping quiet since those 2 are taking all the heat anyways.
