Instead one would use a prayer like the Istikharah to ask for the guidance and blessing of Allah (swt) in a new undertaking or challenge.

I will definitely consider starting a daily prayer thread. I'll likely start next Monday. I want to have some time to compile content and consider formatting. It's going to be serious posting though. I won't belittle genuine Islamic prayer with memes unless the prayer is directly relevant to an ongoing dramatic situation.

I might be neurodivergent but I have reason to doubt it, namely: people and their social behavior doesn't mystify me. I have the social rulebook I hear neurodivergent people say they lack.

I tend to get along well with the neurodivergent people I have met, because I believe they are generally calm and level-headed, traits which I admire. But I experience a sense of difference with them that is very real.
