Gender is often seen as a social construct, entirely dependant on the society you grew up in. If gender and sexuality were binary, we wouldn’t have trans people to begin with - heck, it totally discounts intersex people, who are born with both reproductive or sexual anatomy. Even the WHO describes it as such, varying from society to society.
