It says something that these people are so low-skilled that they're putting up with this and not immediately jumping ship. My last company changed our healthcare provider to one I didn't like and I dipped out, netting myself a significant pay raise in the process. Lots of companies are desperate for skilled workers, if you're stuck at this clearly dysfunctional place it's because you suck butt, and deserve whatever treatment you get.
