Probably real name, work email, badge/company ID. I've never tried it, but apparently it's enough that I've never heard of people questioning the credibility of it. That being said, I would not 100% trust them to delete the identifying info/not have it leak out eventually.

They have some software to identify group org domains. You wouldn't be able to see the Twitter wagie channel unless you have an
@Twitter.com email.

I think it gets them from a database or checks some kind of attribute on the domain. I'm not 100% sure, but it won't take your gmail account.
