I noticed movie execs are far more conservative than game execs. For all the bitching KIA and the likes do about Disney, you'll notice when it comes down to it, they don't actually go all woke. It's mostly lip service. It's particularly noticeable when it comes to the alphabet crowd. They know they way to money. I think the most risk they've taken with their major IPs is with the little mermaid and I assume they expect black people to hype it to success like black panther which black twitter absolutely will do or die trying while the gingers cry some more.

Youβve got it backwards. Watch Dogs 2 sold over ten million copies. Uncharted 4 sold like a billion copies, itβs literally outsold every PS4 game but GTA V. Other big w0kie games like Overwatch and The Last of Us 2 sold like hotcakes. BFVβs the only real high-profile wokie failure.

Overwatch does well because itβs not rated m and the Chinese are obsessed with it because itβs online only and thatβs the only games theyβll play. The first two Saints Row games were edgy GTA clones that nobody played. Somehow they greenlit a third game which was basically a cartoon and was hugely popular. The (admittedly pretty shitty) trailer for the reboot shows that itβs also going to be a cartoon.
Thatβs why the three people who played the first game are Big Mad. The KiA types are Big Mad because their e-identities are built around seething about every game made after 2010 or so.
