Very well said. You echo my feelings precisely. I'm about to surpass 1,000 hours in the game, so I would never complain about not liking the game or not having anything to do. I'm a builder. I find the building in this game alone endlessly enjoyable.

As of April they sold an astonishing ten million copies at $20 each. Assuming taxes, Valve cut, and whatever their publisher might take, they couldn't possibly have left with less than $7 million. A few extra programmers even in LA would only cost them less then a twentieth of that amount and still let their very small team each be millionaires.

I think the number of copies sold is what is interesting about this. A game can have millions of copies and still have no profit if they cost pennies to make.
