Police were definitely racist and crack laws disproportionately affected them until recently. Kept a lot of father's in jail.
But even in the 1980s if you put a black guy in a suit who did the basic amount of effort would probably done alright in any white collar job they tried in.
Maybe some white guilt $$ program for kids of victims of specific crack laws. Actual victims, not just being black or 10 generations from a slave which is an r-slured idea.
