She was CEO for a few months. Banned a bunch of subreddits (RIP /r/fatpeoplehate) and then left.

There's a conspiracy theory that she was specifically brought in to be the bad guy, do a bunch of stuff that was unpopular with the user base but was needed for good PR and then leave and be replaced with the real CEO.
