Nah this is totally creepy and completely understandable that she dipped. Like she obviously wasn't r*ped or whatever and it probably wouldn't qualify as harassment without being repeated or coercive, but the fact that he hired a third party to ask her means he absolutely knows it's inappropriate to ask, is going to ask anyway, and is clearly setting up plausible deniability. Given that hollywood is wall-to-wall packed with male feminists I'd take that as a sign to jump ship too. If I had a boss at my job do this I'd find other employment ASAP and I'm not even in R*pe: The Industy.
