If there's systematic racism, why do African immigrants, Asians (including South Asians), and other POCs do pretty well in the education system? Following behind them are the whiteoids and Latinx. If it's racist, why do these POCs do so well?

Because money and intelligence influences the outcomes too. Because they immigrated from africa, I'm sure they are above average in wealth and intelligence. Basically only the best of africans make it to the states. So even if there is discrimination, they are soo good that it is unrefutable that they deserve it. Also, culture sure contributes to the success, and in this case the Asians have a culture where it is deeply incentivized to do well at school, it is expected of them by their parents. Unfortunately the PoC population does not have that same culture, so the kids don't have the same incentives even if they are as intelligent as the other kids.
It's a very very complex problem that can't be reduced to racism, or to individual fault. Like all the problems with populations.
